The following conditions apply to the Partner Program of Rinkel B.V. and are an integral part of every agreement between Rinkel B.V. and its participating customers.
Promotion: The discount entitles you to 6 months 50% discount on an annual Essential subscription regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes), starting from the moment of purchase. This means a total discount of € 26.97 or 25% on an annual Essential subscription. This discount does not apply to the monthly subscription.
The discount offer is only valid on the Essential subscription, regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes). One-time purchases such as a premium number, answering service, voiceovers or call recording are excluded from the discount offer. The discount is not valid in combination with other promotions or on 088 numbers and international telephone numbers.
Target group: The Partner Program promotion applies only to new customers and specifically to entrepreneurs with (during the start of the subscription and 3 months thereafter) an office at one of Rinkel's partners. Rinkel reserves the right to ask users for a Chamber of Commerce number and proof of registration at the partner address. Users unlawfully using the discount promotion may be disconnected and post-billed at any time and without notice. The discount offer does not include call minutes, price per minute €0.06 (calculated per second).
Duration: The duration of the discount promotion is 6 months from order date and applicable once to an order placed after September 1, 2021. The subscription is automatically renewed monthly after the end of the annual contract (12 months), cancellation of the subscription is possible before the end of your billing date.

If an order has been placed according to the applicable terms and conditions:
When a user upgrades subscription within one month from the start of the subscription, the discount of the new subscription will apply. The discount period runs from the first order moment, for a period of six months.
If a user purchases one or more additional users within one month of the start of the subscription, the discount will also apply to these users until the end of the initial discount period, which starts from the first order moment.
For example, this means:
User orders an Essential subscription including 1 users on February 15, 2023. Then this discount period runs until August 14, 2023. Does User add 1 new user on March 1, this additional user will also be covered by the 6 month discount, until August 14, 2023.
