General promo terms & conditions

These promotion terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are used by Rinkel and apply to activities and promotions ("Promotions").
 

1. Validity period. Any offer from Rinkel consisting of a Promotion is valid during the specified period. After this period, participation in the Promotion is no longer possible. If no validity period is specified, the Promotion ends when it is removed.
2. Subject and Target Group. Promotions relate to the product or service described in the offer ("Subject of the Promotion"). Promotions can only be taken up by the target group communicated in the action ("Target Group"). The Target Group may, for example, be limited geographically and/or limited to new customers or existing customers who have already purchased certain products and/or services from Rinkel. If the offer does not provide information on this, it is in any case applicable that the Target Group of the Promotion is limited to customers who have not previously purchased the Subject of the Promotion in any form.
3. Combination of Promotions. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts from Rinkel. Rinkel has the right to exclude participants from an Promotion in case of any suspicion of abuse.
4. Changes. Rinkel reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time and to terminate Promotions prematurely. This does not affect Promotions that have already been redeemed by a customer. The modified terms will be posted with the Promotion on the relevant page(s).
5. General terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions of Rinkel apply to any offer from Rinkel and products and/or services provided by Rinkel. You can find and download these general terms and conditions here for future reference. The provider of the Promotion is the same entity as Rinkel with which a contract is ultimately concluded.
