I made inquiries with several parties about the possibilities of having my 088 number forwarded. This did not work everywhere and where it was possible, they asked the absolute top price for an apparently simple service. Glad I persisted and finally ended up at Rinkel. I was helped professionally and could appreciate the active thinking. I will seriously recommend Rinkel to everyone. Super well done. Points of improvement: n/a

You can arrange most things by phone, of course :-) However, sometimes we choose to let a customer make changes via My Rinkel (we will then gladly walk you through it), this is to ensure that we have someone on the phone who is authorized to make changes; and of course to familiarize you with the possibilities within My Rinkel (you can manage everything yourself, from administration to telephony).
