I was looking for a good solution to transfer our landline number (040-) to 1 or more mobile numbers. With Skype this did not function properly anymore. I certainly found that replacement in Rinkel and more. The possibilities of creating a menu, opening hours and queue with voice mail have all positively surprised me. Calling out with the landline number is also certainly handy from time to time. The quality of the calls is also a lot better than with Skype. The costs are not too bad, The website and also the APP are very clear and actually very simple. Points for improvement: Forwarding from the menu should have the same possibilities as normal forwarding.

The new way of calling. For people and companies who want flexibility with reachability, call costs, being internationally active. Really good service. Also the online tool is top notch. Points of improvement: Set all defaults to 24 open. That way you can never make the mistake like me of having our office closed on a day.

Works simply and quickly arranged. Have only just become a customer but so far it is working fine! Points of improvement: As an option, I would still like to see the option of enabling a voice menu outside of working hours, but as discussed with the good helpdesk, the now simple system might become too complex for that.
