Excellent solution for a decent price

We started using the Rinkel solution a year ago. It was the cheapest provider for this 'mobile solution' with a fixed telephone number. Last month we switched to a solution with a fixed telephone through Rinkel. They have helped us well and everything works properly. Top service!

The emails that you have will be sent as soon as you become a customer with us, the so called onboarding emails. In the emails we welcome you, we explain how our service works and we give various suggestions on how you can best set up certain functionalities. We send a maximum of 1 email per day and automatically stop after 4 days, it is of course also possible to click a button at the bottom of the emails with which you can unsubscribe and if that does not work we are of course also ready to help you by phone or email. We do hope that you are satisfied with the service and that your accessibility has improved. If there is anything else we can do to help you, please let us know.

Super service, still missing some small features such as the ability to choose to which mail address (or addresses) the voicemail is sent. Furthermore, it would be handy to be able to answer the own number on a mobile phone via the app (or VoIP device).
