Great online ease of use!

Been in the ecommerce business for quite a few years now but hats off to what this club achieves. Super user-friendly website where you are very well supported. Incl. direct recording of voicemails (or outsourcing to a professional). And all that at an affordable monthly rate. Top!

Awesome.....

As of September 1, no longer reachable through the old ISDN way so looking for another central or solution. After much searching and comparing we ended up at Rinkel.io, many more options than the old ISDN exchange and now a very professional (telephonic) look!

Excellent solution for a decent price

We started using the Rinkel solution a year ago. It was the cheapest provider for this 'mobile solution' with a fixed telephone number. Last month we switched to a solution with a fixed telephone through Rinkel. They have helped us well and everything works properly. Top service!

The emails that you have will be sent as soon as you become a customer with us, the so called onboarding emails. In the emails we welcome you, we explain how our service works and we give various suggestions on how you can best set up certain functionalities. We send a maximum of 1 email per day and automatically stop after 4 days, it is of course also possible to click a button at the bottom of the emails with which you can unsubscribe and if that does not work we are of course also ready to help you by phone or email. We do hope that you are satisfied with the service and that your accessibility has improved. If there is anything else we can do to help you, please let us know.
