Great telephony solution for self-employed people who are out of the office a lot.

Great service and support! Lots of features so you can always be optimally reachable. Just a pity that unlimited calling and being called is actually only 400 minutes per month. That's 20 minutes per day (5 days p/wk), or 1 outgoing call of 10 minutes per day.

Rinkel Hi Martin, Thanks for your nice review! Regarding the unlimited calling you are right to some extent, there is a limit set at 500 (not 400) minutes. That is per user though, so if you are using the service with 3 people; that is already 1500 minutes. We base this "limit" on the average usage of our customers, which shows that with 500 minutes per month (and per person) you will never reach that limit. This rule was only created to prevent abuse, so it is certainly not the case that we will charge a surcharge or cut off a subscriber when exceeding this limit. We only do that as a very last (emergency) solution (and after several warnings). So don't worry :-)

Good solution for small entrepreneurs

As a small business owner, having telephone accessibility with a landline number that is not linked to an address gives a professional appearance. With the solution of Rinkel this is provided and I am able to control my own times of reachability, while the customer is helped professionally (if you of course record your spoken texts correctly). Very happy with this service and also at an acceptable rate.
