Have been a customer of bereik for 6 months and very satisfied, they have helped me well with setting up my number, and the voice over arranged in a few days! Really recommend service is one ( and that for a competitive rate!)

Should be able to be much more customer friendly

I have unlimited calling but there is a fair use policy. Seems fair to me but the limit is already at 500 minutes and then I have to add two users to get to the 1500 I had before. For the amount of money I end up with, I'm cheaper with someone else. The point is that incoming calls also count. So they are paid for twice: by the customer to his provider and by me.

The average number of minutes has been increased to 1,000 minutes, in addition we only act on very excessive usage. We are convinced that we need Fair Use because it allows us to continue offering our competitive rates to all our customers. But of course it should never be the intention that this causes you to look at our service or range differently. We are always open to feedback, so we will take a critical look at our Fair Use Policy and the expansion of the minutes. It is high on our list and we will keep you posted.
