The switch from Ziggo Hosted Calling to Rinkel went fine. However, they were also supposed to cancel the subscription with Ziggo, but that didn’t happen, and we had to take care of it ourselves. Rinkel later indicated that they could still do it, but it would take a very long time. With Ziggo, we didn’t have to dial the area code (013), but unfortunately, we do now, which takes some getting used to. When we make outgoing calls, it only rings seven times before we get an alarm sound with a message saying that a general error has occurred. We were supposed to be called back about this, but we haven’t heard anything yet.
