I have been a very satisfied customer of Rinkel since 2016. Everything is clear and easy to set up. Also if you work with several people this is THE solution. The contact with the customer service is good and runs smoothly. Really super.
we have been using Rinkel for a few months now to our complete satisfaction. Besides the fact that I find calling via Rinkel, with now a choice menu and closing times just a bit more professional for our small company, I have found another advantage. When I look at the call list, I see that we regularly miss some calls. When I look up these numbers they turn out to be mainly commercial calls. A very big advantage that I or my partner do not have to answer these nonsense calls anymore.
