Hidden catches.

There are indeed costs that are not mentioned. Incoming calls cost money, and there is actually a maximum number of call minutes, 2,000 max (the advertisement says that calls are free).

We hoped this was clear during our chat, where we explained that with the Essential plan (which you don’t have), both incoming and outgoing calls have costs, and that our other packages, such as the Professional plan that you have, have a Fair Use limit of 2,000 minutes (the same as other phone and internet providers). We also mention this information on our website, but we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find everything. We appreciate your feedback and are always here to clarify things further if needed. :)
