How do I set up a sound notification from Google Chrome?

1. Go to My Rinkel > Webphone

2. Then go to Settings in Chrome

3. Go to Privacy & Security

4. Then to site settings > notifications

5. Add the website https://my.rinkel.com/webphone via 'add'

How do I get a push notification from Google Chrome?

You may be familiar with the notifications from your browser, at the top right of your screen. You can also set up these notifications for the Rinkel Webphone. This way you know when a call is coming in, without having to receive an immediate sound notification.

To set this notification:

1. Go to My Rinkel > Webphone

2. Then go to Settings in Chrome

3. Accept device

How do I make my phone ring when using the Webphone?

Another way to ensure that all calls are seen/heard is to receive them on your mobile phone at the same time. We forward the calls to your mobile phone AND to your browser. You can then choose with which device you want to answer the call. To manage this setting:

1. Go to My Rinkel > Webphone

2. Click on the cogwheel at the top left of the page

3. Go to Incoming calls

4. Click on 'Allow incoming calls to ring on my mobile'
