The moment you receive a voicemail on your business line, it's available for you to manage or listen to in the Webphone. Here you're also able to listen to your voicemail messages. To do this, take the following steps:
Go to My Rinkel and log in
From here, go to the Webphone (using the menu in the top)
Click on Voicemails
In the voicemail menu, you'll find all relevant information regarding the voicemail messages left for you. You can filter them based on:
The business number that was called
How long ago the message was left
Why a voicemail message was left (such as closed, or no answer)
Please note: Voicemails are stored for 1 year, after which they're deleted automatically.
