When the caller leaves a message, we will immediately send you an email and/or a notification in the app. We even send an MP3 file with the recorded message as an attachment. So, you can listen to it anytime, anywhere (even on your smartphone!).

In the Rinkel app, go to the settings by clicking on your profile in the top right corner.
Go to the settings of the right phone number, by clicking on “Numbers” and selecting the right number.
Click on “Forwarding”.
In the forwarding settings, click on “Unanswered calls” and select “Send caller to voicemail”.
Choose the recording you want to play before the caller is forwarded to voicemail.
Click on “Save”.
In the Rinkel app, go to the settings by clicking on your profile in the top right corner.

Go to the call menu by clicking on “Forwarding” and then selecting “Call Menu”.
Select the key you want to assign the voicemail to. Click on “Send caller to voicemail”.
Record or select your own voicemail message that you want to set for the voicemail.
Click “Save”.
