You can activate or adjust your push notifications for the answering service, voicemail, new invoices, calls outside opening hours and missed calls during opening hours.
We’ll walk you through the settings:
Open the My Rinkel app
Go to “Settings” in the bottom right
Click on “Other settings”
Select the notifications you want to receive
Toggle on/off to activate the notifications
If the call recording feature is not yet available in your app, you will need to update to the latest version of the My Rinkel app first.
Open the My Rinkel app
Go to the menu on the top left
Go to “Settings”
Under “Notifications” you can see all options
Make your selection for each notification
Don’t forget to click on “Save changes”

When you work with several users in My Rinkel, it is important to have the right settings so that you don’t miss any notifications. If a user is not on the call forwarding list, they will not receive any notifications.
Example: Company X receives a missed call outside business hours.
Colleague A is included in the call forwarding list and has push notifications on → Colleague A receives a push notification.
Colleague B is not included in the call forwarding list and has push notifications on → Colleague B does not receive a push notification.
Because colleague B is not on the call forwarding list, this colleague does not receive a notification.
