How do I block certain numbers or anonymous callers?

The call blocking feature allows you to block certain calls even before your mobile phone rings.

You can do this in your My Rinkel web portal on the Calls page. At the top you will find a button that says “Manage call blocking". On this page you will see an overview of all active blocks and can also block new numbers at the touch of a button.

How do I block a number?

You have 2 options:

• Block a specific number

• Block anonymous callers

If you block a specific number, the caller will hear a busy tone and be disconnected immediately.

Anonymous callers hear the following recording: "Anonymous calls to this number are blocked. Please switch caller ID on and try again".

Blocked calls have the status “Blocked” in the call list.
