You have various options for forwarding your landline number. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to set up call forwarding in My Rinkel on your iPhone:

Choose the forwarding sequence when a call comes in.
Simultaneously... the call is put through to every colleague at the same time (first-come, first-served)
One by one... do you work with several colleagues and want colleague 1 to be the first in line? If so, please enable this option and put colleague 1 at the top of the list
Straight to the answering service... temporarily unavailable, but you want the caller to be answered personally? Then choose our answering service
Add a user
Open de My Rinkel app
Click on “Settings” on the bottom right then on “Forwarding”
Click on “Add user” and select the person you want in “Select user”
Your user has been added to the call forwarding list!
Add a number
Open de My Rinkel app
Click on “Settings” on the bottom right, then on “Forwarding”
Click on “Add number” and enter the number under “Enter number”
Your user has been added to the call forwarding list!
Good to know! You can forward to as many numbers as there are users in your plan. So, if you have a subscription with 3 users, you can forward to (maximum) 3 users/numbers.
Open de My Rinkel app
Click on “Settings” on the bottom right then on “Forwarding”
Click on “Modify” on the top right
Click on the red icon in front of the user you want to remove from the call forwarding list
Then click on “Done” to save your changes
Open de My Rinkel app
Click on “Settings” on the bottom right then on “Forwarding”
Click on “Modify” on the top right
Toggle the slider on or off to activate or deactivate the user in the call forwarding list
Then click on “Done” to save your changes
This feature is ideal if you are going into a meeting or are out of office for a day and don’t want to receive any calls for a while. Just don't forget to reactivate yourself when you want to receive calls again.
This is called the call sequence and you set it as follows:
Open de My Rinkel app
Click on “Settings” on the bottom right then on “Forwarding”
Click on “Modify” on the top right
Press the three bars behind the sliders and drag the user/number up or down to change the order
Then click on “Done” to save your changes
Your changes are active immediately.
