How do I make a call using my virtual number (iPhone)

With the Rinkel app, you can easily call from your iPhone using the landline number. In this article we’ll walk you through exactly how to do it.

How does calling work?

1. After setting up the app on your iPhone, enter your mobile phone number once

2. Enter the phone number you want to call and press the green button. You will first receive a call from your own Rinkel number

3. As soon as you answer this call, the number you entered is called. We call this a two-stage call

Did you know...

• You can press the green call key without entering a phone number to redial the last number you called.

• When you press the "Person" icon, you can easily select your contacts and call.

• You can call overseas by adding the country code. Are you calling Belgium, for example? Then enter 0032 first. Check the overview of all countries you can call.

• You can easily switch between your different virtual numbers.

• Change your active phone number using the menu in the app.
