How do I change my subscription and/or the number of users on my account?

Are you ready for the next step and would like to upgrade? You can use the various features of your upgraded plan as soon as you upgrade.
Go to Account in My Rinkel
Click on Subscriptions then Change
Choose your new subscription
Managing users
Do you want to change the number of users in your subscription? Downgrades will be active as of your next billing period. Upgrades are active immediately.
Go to Account in My Rinkel
Click on Subscriptions then Change
Choose the number of users
Please note: It is only possible to reduce the number of users in your subscription if the user has been deleted.
Go to Account in My Rinkel
Click on Users and select the user you want to delete
Click on the “Delete user” button and once you have deleted the user, follow the steps above to reduce the subscription.
