How do I add credit to my account?

At Rinkel, you have the choice of paying your invoices in arrears, or adding credit in advance to offset your invoices.

When you add credit, we offset your future invoices against the available credit.


How can I add credit?

  1. Log in to My Rinkel

  2. Go to the “Account” page in the top right

  3. From the left-hand menu select: "Billing"

  4. Click on the “Increase balance” button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps indicated.


Why don't I get an invoice when I add credit?

We do not create an invoice when we deposit your credit. This is the correct procedure from an accounting point of view. After all, the credit is used to settle other (often future) invoices.

For example, if you add €100 worth of credit to your account which is used to balance out a monthly invoice of €20, then you can deduct that €20 from your €100 credit bank transaction.


Can I also pay my subscription fee a year in advance?
