You can handle most things over the phone, you know :-) Sometimes, however, we choose to have a customer make changes themselves via My Rinkel (we'll be happy to walk you through that), to make sure we have someone on the phone who is authorized to make changes; and of course to familiarize you with the possibilities within My Rinkel (you can manage everything, from administrative to telephony, yourself).
