I was unfamiliar with My Reach, until I saw the website I haven't heard from them. However but took the gamble, and this did not disappoint at all! What ease of use, clarity, and yet enough options for everyone. Setting up a phone number is child's play, prices are low, and coverage is good. Definitely live up to the name in that regard.

Easy to use, app could be a little more comprehensive. I can not say much about it because I have not really used / needed. Customer service is very nice, they help you well and are thoughtful. Points of improvement: I find it very unfortunate that the opening hours are not included in a basic subscription or that you can put together your own subscription. Opening hours are almost the most important thing for a company, this is a big minus point for me.

We have noticed in the past that customers find it a "hassle" to put together their own package, where each feature costs (for example) 1 or 2 euros per month. Therefore, we have chosen to simply offer a "Basic" package, which really focuses on the minimum necessary to be reachable on mobile with a landline number. If you then want more advanced features and a real "telephone exchange" with smart functions, then you indeed need the complete package. Of course, the price difference is also only 5 euros per month :-)
