The service works simply and well. Areas of improvement: Still missing a few features such as transferring to a colleague to really match landline telephony

We are currently working on the further development of the App so you will soon be able to set/change everything via the App as well :-)

Clear service, good service! Areas of improvement: - arrange/set up absence via app - sort call list by landline number.

Rinkel Glad you like our service so much and thank you for your review. Setting up absence/forwarding via the App is on our roadmap and we hope to offer it in the near future. Call list sorting by fixed number is currently only possible through the My Rinkel portal (call history) but could certainly be an addition to the App. We will therefore definitely take the point of improvement into consideration in improving our service, our thanks for this.
