Always easily accessible to your customers

I am actually an old and a new customer of Rinkel. I have had Rinkel for some time, always to my complete satisfaction, stopped for a while and now started a new business and of course immediately returned to Reach. All my tapes are recorded by a voice over, so even as a small company you come across as professional to your customers. I was also able to choose a very nice phone number that is easy to remember at Rinkel. In short, I am as satisfied as ever!

I have been using Rinkel for 1.5 weeks now. After trying about three other Voip providers, I am currently a very satisfied user of Reach.The ease with which you set up reach, first of all, is already a nice improvement. No complicated dashboards to set up, just click click click and done. In short, so far I say: With Reach.... you reach more :-)

Super!

Rinkel's app works super and I dare write that after testing other systems. It is user-friendly, easy to set up. Communication with Rinkel is also top notch! I am a satisfied user so far! As a tip, I would still like an addition for opening hours, wish for entering vacations and/or holidays.

Convenient service, especially when forwarding to one number

I'm pretty excited about Reach.io. It's my second landline number. My first landline number runs through T-Mobile with Office Essential. That is cheaper (7.50 euros p/m + normal mobile subscription), but you don't have the option of a welcome message, choice menu, and the like. However, calling away with the number is then simpler. What I only regret is that you have to pay 15 euros per number you want to transfer to.

Guest experience improved

Through Reach, we have a better and easier guest experience for our guests. The Front Office can easily transfer the phone to a colleague. The software is easy to use, a perfect asset to our restaurant.
