A strong product, whose service so far combined with the app is very pleasing.... Possibly for the future possibly looking at upload option for own queue tune, and after the selection menu the possibility to be immediately in the queue instead of first 10 seconds to go over... the transition is sometimes a bit strange... Fast and easy call forwarding. What I miss: a calendar function, where you can indicate on which days you would like to forward the phone to 1 person by default. That would complete the service.
We recently switched back to Rinkel.io. After hosting our phone services with KPN for a year, we have come to the conclusion that the call forwarding capabilities at reach are very practical. Especially in view of working from home, reach is convenient to use.
