Strong product for low price

A strong product, whose service so far combined with the app is very pleasing.... Possibly for the future possibly looking at upload option for own queue tune, and after the selection menu the possibility to be immediately in the queue instead of first 10 seconds to go over... the transition is sometimes a bit strange... BUT this is all detail work... i am happy with you guys

Rinkel Thanks for your review Patrick and suggestions are of course always welcome! We won't be able to create our own queue-tune because of music rights, but it would certainly be a nice feature. I will of course pass on your wish to our 'builders' ;-) who knows for the future!

No manual needed, transparent

Fast and easy call forwarding. What I miss: a calendar function, where you can indicate on which days you would like to forward the phone to 1 person by default. That would complete the service.

super handy

We recently switched back to Rinkel.io. After hosting our phone services with KPN for a year, we have come to the conclusion that the call forwarding capabilities at reach are very practical. Especially in view of working from home, reach is convenient to use.
