Great service and support

Been a range customer for 6 months and very satisfied, they helped my well with setting up my number, and arranged the voice over in a few days! really recommend service is on one ( and that for a competitive rate!)

Should be able to be much more customer friendly

I have unlimited calling but there is a fair use policy. Seems fair to me, but the limit is already 500 minutes and I have to add two users to get to the 1500 minutes I had before. For the money I would end up with I would be cheaper with someone else. The point is that incoming calls also count. So they are paid twice: by the customer to his provider and by me.

The average number of minutes has been increased to 1,000 minutes, in addition we only deal with very excessive usage. We are convinced that we need the Fair Use, because it allows us to continue offering our competitive rates to all our customers. But it should never be the intention that it makes you look differently at our service or range.
