You can cancel your landline number in My Rinkel, under Account.

Sure! You can request an additional or different number at any time. Just log in to My Rinkel and go to Account. Click on Subscription, then on Additional number. Go through the ordering process and pay for the extra number.

Your new number is active as soon as you request it.
