A user stands for the (mobile) number to which you want to forward landline calls. Click here for the settings in My Rinkel on your computer.

You can forward to as many numbers as there are users in your plan.
Want to add users to your subscription?
Open the My Rinkel app
Select “Settings” at the bottom right
Click on “Forwarding”. This takes you to a new page
Click on “Add number”
Select the right person in “Select user”.
Do you want to change the order in which the phones ring? Drag the contact up or down using the 3 bars.
Slide the button next to the user on or off to temporarily activate or deactivate a user.
You can delete a user in the same menu. Instead of “Add number”, click “Change” at the top right.
Open the My Rinkel app
Select menu in top left corner
Click on “Forwarding”. This takes you to a new page.
Click on “Forwarded to”
Click on the green plus sign
Select the right person in “Select user”.
Do you want to change the order in which the phones ring? Slide the button next to the user on or off to temporarily activate or deactivate a user.
To delete a user, simply press and hold the user in the "Forwarded to" menu then press the red button.
