How do I manage my recorded calls in the Rinkel app (iPhone)?

Call recording is set up for each virtual number. Meaning you can also choose not to record calls for a particular virtual number.

Good to know: Both the user and the administrator of a virtual number can listen to and download recorded calls.

How do I set up call recording?

To use the call recording function on your iPhone, you need our Rinkel app.

1. Open the app.

2. Go to Settings (located on the right).

3. Click on Numbers.

4. Choose the number to activate Call Recording.

5. Click on Call Recording.

6. Allow calls to be recorded (the button will turn blue).

7. A reminder will appear saying, "You may be legally required to inform the caller that you're recording the call." Click on Got it.

8. Set up a voicemail message for your caller in Welcome (optional).

9. Finally, click on Save.

How do I listen to, delete or download my recorded calls?

1. Open the app.

2. Scroll down and click on History (the third button).

3. Click on the call.

4. Just below, three options will appear: Call Back, Write a Note, or a Play symbol to play the recording.

Downloading or deleting calls is only available in My Rinkel on desktop.
