How do I manage my recorded calls via the My Rinkel app (Android)?

Call recording is set up for each virtual number. Meaning you can also choose not to record calls for a particular virtual number.

How do I set up call recording?

To use the call recording function on your Android, you need our My Rinkel app.

1. Open the app

2. In the menu, go to Call recording

3. Read the terms and conditions

4. Accept the terms and conditions

5. Set a voice message for your caller under Announcement (optional)

How do I listen to, delete or download my call history?

1. Open the app

2. Go to Call History at the bottom

3. Click on the call

4. Under Actions, click Play call recording

Download or delete call history is only available via My Rinkel on desktop.
