How do I set my business hours?

1. In My Rinkel, go to the Numbers page

2. Click the number you want in the left-hand column

3. Click Change in the Business hours column

4. Choose the days and times you want in the opening hours table

5. In the Closed table, choose what your caller will hear outside your opening hours

What options do I have outside my opening hours?

On the right-hand side of the page you have the option of indicating what should happen to a call when you are closed.

Here you have the following options:

• Hang up

• Play and audio recording and hang up

• Play an audio recording and send the caller to voicemail

• Play an audio recording and forward the caller to another phone number
