How do I add a new user/administrator?

Only administrators can use this feature.

  1. Click on Account in the top right, then on Subscription.

  2. Click on Change.

  3. Add or remove the number of users you need.

  4. Underneath you will see the corresponding payment according to the plan you have contracted.

  5. Finally, save your changes.


How to create credentials for an existing user or administrator?

Only administrators can use this feature in My Rinkel.

  1. Click on Account in the top right, then on Users.

  2. Click on Invite.

  3. Fill in the appropriate details and click on send the invitation.

The user will be able to register with the email they receive and decide their password.


How to invite a new/existing user to create their own credentials?

  1. Click on Account in the top right, then on Users.

  2. Click on the user you want to send new credentials to.

  3. Once inside the user click on Reset password.

The user will receive an email to change their credentials.
