At Rinkel, our goal has always been to make your business communication simple and effective, and this year we’ve taken some big steps to do just that. 10.000 Rinkel clients in October
This October, we hit an incredible milestone — 10,000 clients! We’re beyond grateful for the trust and loyalty of our clients who made this achievement possible. It’s a number we’re very proud of, and it motivates us to keep delivering the best service possible.
But that’s not all—just a few months later, we’ve reached 11.000 clients! It’s safe to say that 2024 has truly been a year of growth and we’re excited to continue this journey in 2025.
Celebrating 10 years of Rinkel
Not only did we reach 10,000 clients in October, but we also celebrated 10 years of Rinkel! From a small startup to an international service helping entrepreneurs across different countries, it’s been an amazing journey. A decade of making businesses more efficient, professional, and connected.
A new and improved mobile app
One of our biggest projects this year was the launch of our new mobile app. With improved features, a sleek design, and even better usability, the app is designed to make managing your business communication smoother than ever. We’ve worked hard to ensure it meets the needs of our clients, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Did you know that we’re also working really hard to launch the new and improved Rinkel portal at the beginning of next year! This will help you improve your business communications right from your desktop, you don’t even need your phone anymore while working!
Launch of the Rinkel API
We’ve always aimed to give our clients flexibility, and the introduction of the Rinkel API takes that to the next level. This feature allows businesses to integrate Rinkel seamlessly with their favorite systems, like CRM tools, creating endless possibilities for customization and efficiency.
Cooperation with Vodafone-Ziggo
This year also marked the beginning of an exciting collaboration with VodafoneZiggo. By joining forces with one of the largest telecom providers in the Netherlands, we’re opening new opportunities to expand and offer our services to even more entrepreneurs.

Weekend in Texel
The Rinkel team enjoyed a fantastic weekend in Texel, filled with team-building activities, good food, and great company. It was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate our achievements together.
10 days of fun for 10.000 clients
To mark the milestone of 10,000 clients, we had 10 days of fun activities. It was a chance to celebrate all the hard work as a team.
It’s not just our client base that’s growing—our team is expanding too! This year, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming two new customer support specialists to ensure our clients get the best help possible. Additionally, we’ve brought on a talented new developer to strengthen our tech team and keep Rinkel at the forefront of innovation. Last but not least, we upgraded our sales team with a sales intern. With every new team member, we’re better equipped to improve our services.
After launching Rinkel in Spain and Sweden, Rinkel has been working hard to prepare for the launch in the United Kingdom at the start of next year. 2024 was all about planning our international expansion and in 2025 our plans will become reality!
2024 has been a year to remember, but we’re not stopping here.
